How it works
Each Verifence account belongs to a workspace. The workspace owner can invite additional team members. All members share a single credit pool and can view shared scan history. Each member authenticates with their own email and password — no shared credentials required.
Inviting team members
- 1 Go to Settings > Team in your dashboard
- 2 Click Invite member and enter their email address
- 3 They receive an invite email and accept to join your workspace
- 4 They now have access to the shared scan history and credit pool
Managing your team
- ✓View all team members and their roles
- ✓Revoke access for any member at any time
- ✓All members share a single credit pool
- ✓Shared scan history visible to all team members

Billing
All team members draw from a single shared credit pool. Credits are purchased by the workspace owner and are available to all members immediately. There is no per-seat pricing — you pay for scans, not seats.
