How it works

Each Verifence account belongs to a workspace. The workspace owner can invite additional team members. All members share a single credit pool and can view shared scan history. Each member authenticates with their own email and password — no shared credentials required.

Inviting team members

  1. 1 Go to Settings > Team in your dashboard
  2. 2 Click Invite member and enter their email address
  3. 3 They receive an invite email and accept to join your workspace
  4. 4 They now have access to the shared scan history and credit pool

Managing your team

  • View all team members and their roles
  • Revoke access for any member at any time
  • All members share a single credit pool
  • Shared scan history visible to all team members
  • Each member authenticates with their own credentials

Billing

All team members draw from a single shared credit pool. Credits are purchased by the workspace owner and are available to all members immediately. There is no per-seat pricing — you pay for scans, not seats.
